COLOR THE SHELVES: Interview with Saadia Faruqi, author of A Thousand Questions

Hello friends and welcome to Color the Shelves!

Today I’m bringing you another Middle Grade book. Well, I’m not literally bringing you the book, rather I’m bringing you a pretty awesome interview with Saadia Faruqi, author of A THOUSAND QUESTIONS, a heartfelt story about friendship, family, identity, and how even people who could not be the farthest away from each other can come together and create tight knit bonds. If you like middle grade, I HIGHLY recommend this one! If you live in the US, you can already snag it at the bookstore, if you’re in the UK you have to wait a little bit longer, for November 12th! I’ll leave you with the interview now:

How I set-up my Notion space + free templates

Hello friends!

This post is sorta kinda super late because I promised it would be up a couple days after my Notion space tour video went up and…nothing. So instead, I’m going to dive right into the actual post: Telling you the step by step thought process behind my Notion space, how I set it up and providing you with templates for some (most) of my pages as well as answering some of the most asked questions I had when I posted my video.

COLOR THE SHELVES: a Uptown Collection playlist by Ruby Lang

Hello and welcome to Color the Shelves!

I’m so thrilled to share today’s post with you because it’s another playlist! and for a book I’m looking forward to reading! I have Ruby Lang over on my blog sharing a playlist for her new release THE UPTOWN COLLECTION. This is actually a paperback collection of three of her stories that were previously releases digitally:

  • Playing House: fake dating turned real.
  • Open House: an intense rivalry turned love.
  • House Rules: second chance and forced proximity? Delicious.

And I’m honestly so excited to read it, not only because all three stories sound up my alley but also because a few of my trusty romance reading friends have read and loved the stories and I want in on the uptown love. I’m most definitely going to be listening to this playlist while I read.
